Demetre Chiparus
399.00 $
Description
Art Deco style figural table lamp made after the famous Romanian sculptor Demetre Chiparus. It portrays a reclined nude female figure lounging alongside a large, vibrant, iridescent Favrile glass wing or fan that acts as a light diffuser. While original 1920s Chiparus chryselephantine and bronze works sell for tens of thousands of dollars, this specific model is a popular mid-to-late 20th-century reproduction or homage piece. SUPER RARE!!
