I am listing this unopened item because I have one currently in use and will not be able to finish it.

This is an all-purpose Japanese dashi seasoned with a blend of four ingredients: grilled flying fish, bonito flakes, dried round herring, and kelp. It makes various dishes such as miso soup, simmered dishes, and udon exceptionally delicious.

You can also tear open the pack and use it as a seasoning for fried rice or stir-fried dishes.
