Excellent condition, Japan Kneader Bread Fermenter, Washable and Foldable Fermenter PF102, Lightweight and Compact Storage

Nippon Kneader Foldable Fermentation Chamber, 2-Tier, 12-Hour Timer Model.
This is an older model with a timer setting from 1 minute to 12 hours.
The instruction manual is included (the back cover has some damage, but it should not affect its use as a manual).

Used only a few times when I ran a small home bread-making class.

Operation confirmed (Photo 16).

Used for a short period of a few months.
Although it was used with care, there is some damage on the upper part of the transparent door (Photo 12).
This does not affect the opening or closing of the door and should not be an issue for use. I am offering it at a lower price considering this condition.
Other than that, there is no sign of use, and the interior and the entire unit are in clean condition.

It can be assembled and disassembled in 1 minute without tools, and the door and shelves can be washed with water, making it very hygienic.

It is a practical fermentation chamber that does not take up much storage space and can be stored smoothly. (Photo 17)

The door can be attached to either the left or right side, so it does not limit installation location.

I will clean it as thoroughly as possible before shipping.
